They finally got rid of Amanda. The new managers seem to be doing a better job. They painted the parking lines and replaced many AC units that were old and broken. Safety is a high concern in this area, my neighbor had her car broken into and they stole her baby seat and blankets!! What kind of idiot does that?? Drug dealers are on every apartment. I eye witnessed 2 dudes selling cocaine right in front of some kids that were playing. Management needs to do a better job when it comes to doing some background check when people rent. They need to check who is living on the apartment they rent to, there are people living on a studio with 6 children! One person leases the apartment, but some hoodlum who just got off jail lives in it... its all a complete fraud! Also tired of those little kids running around unsupervised... I see 9 yr old girls walking by themselves alone at night! easy bait for a rapist or pedofile. The pool and laundry mat are a complete joke. Ghetto kids from the apartments across the street jump over the fence and start loitering in the pool while smoking weed, they bring their unleashed dogs inside the pool area. Oh and if you come during the night, be prepared to see drunk shirtless Mexicans pissing on the parking lot with loud music. I wish I could move out right now, but I have to wait until December... DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

LOVE MY APARTMENT!!!! HATE THE UNPROFESSIONALISM OF THE MANAGERS. I MOVED HERE IN MARCH AND NOTICED THE AC WASNT WORKING EVER SINCE IVE BEEN REMINDING THEM TO GET IT FIXED ITS NOW JULY AND THEY STILL HAVENT FIXED ANYTHING THERE IS VERY HIGH TEMPERATURE HERE IN TEXAS AROUND THIS YEAR MY APARTMENT FEELS LIKE AN OVEN I HAVE THREE FANS ON TRYING TO KEEP ME COOL. BUT YEA TODAY THEY CAME TO MY APARTMENT BANGING ON THE DOOR SAYING THEY WERE DOING A LOOKOUT ON ME BECAUSE I OWE 36 DOLLARS. ITS RIDICULOUS HOW CHEAP THEY ARE BECAUSE THEY DO HAVE TIME FOR THAT AND NOT COME FIX MY AC.

These people are right! The office staff is so unprofessional. There is always things breaking in my apartment and they just keep saying we are on a list. I would like to see this list it must be 20 miles long because i have never even seen a maintence guy. And as of recently there is no chance of parking anywhere close to my apartment after 7pm. Will definitely be leaving when my lease is up soon thank god.

this place is awful there is always vandalism and maintenance is terrible they dont give a crap try being one day late on ur rent tho ha suddenly they have all the manpower in the world to harass u

moved in 3 months ago. i like the apt layout and its pretty quiet at least on this side. BUT the management is so unprofessional! They have yet to fix any of the things wrong in my apt such as leaks, electrical problems, and mold! We call and call and they just say that sumone is gonna come but no one ever does. Sometimes they actually complain that we complain to much really?? 3 months = 0 work hmm i dont think im in the wrong here get it together people will probably move out after 6 month lease is over such a shame
