I agree with the 2 previous poor reviews. Rude staff and such s lack of competence in all areas if customer service/pharmacy skills. Check with your insurance if they say drug not covered-no knowledge of running insurance correctly. Long waits in drive through and in the store. Trust me-this place could care less if they have your business.
One of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with. Extremely slow service the first two times I picked up even though my prescription was already filled. I waited for more than 10 minutes for the incompetent tech to find my order. The third and final time I went, this same tech insisted that my insurance did not cover my prescription. I called my insurance myself and found out that she never even put in the claim. They then refunded my money without so much as an apology for lying to my face. I'm not usually one to review places, but stay FAR FAR AWAY!
The only way this pharmacy works for me is using the scan function or the automated phone refil service. If you do not have your RX#, in my experience, forget refilling by talking to a pharmacist. I was put on eternal hold and their "hold" music is so quiet that I had to keep the phone to my ear to wait for the system to hang up on me. No Multi-tasking while waiting for a hang up. Is this by design to discourage callers? This has happened 3 times in the last 3 hours. I need an RX urgently and do not have my RX number. It is likely that I will have to drive to the store to fill my RX. I'm thinking a lot about the CVS across the street right now.
