  Around 3-4 years ago when I retired, I took everything I had from my 401K. I was thinking that once I got the money the tax was deducted. I'm wrong. I was also wrong to assume the IRS wouldn’t come after my government check. They garnished me for more than a year and I finally called these attorneys for help. I am glad I did. I can now finally rest in my retiring days.
