BURGER KING DOESN'T CARE ABOUT DISABLED VETS! We went there last night about 15 minutes before closing with a disabled Vietnam vet who has diabetes. He needed something to eat because he was feeling faint. The Hispanic employees told us there were closing early so they could go home and wouldn't serve us, but they WERE willing to serve the Hispanic couple that walked in behind us.
When I called the Burger Corporate Office I began to understand why the service was so terrible. Their Customer Relations Department was VERY rude and their Corporate Escalations Manager, Danny Trielo (305) 378-3445, refused to provide me the name of the franchise owner or a number to reach them and ended the call when I told him I was going to post my experience on the internet.
I hope you'll take that into consideration the next time you choose where to spend your money.
