  Instead of joining a gym, the kickboxing program here is magnificent. The instructors are awesome and energetic. It is well worth the investment.

  Dan is an awesome instructor as well as Brandi. Kickboxing has become my passion. I have lost weight and toned where friends and family are noticing!

  This is a great place to stay in shape and tone those muscles. The instructors are well trained and its' proven in the results each person gets. They are motivational and push you to limits you couldn't even imagine you would get to. I love it here. I am stronger than I've ever been. Way to go Choe's Hapkido!!!

  I love this place! It started as a groupon and I fell in love with the kickboxing program instantly. A challenging but fun workout, it burns a ton of calories.
