I visited this hotel with my parents for the afternoon tea, and we have loved every minute of it! The staff was so welcoming and smiling throughout our visit. The food is so delicious and mouth-watering. We will most definitely stay here again when we return next year and recommend them to all of my friends.

My family stayed at this affordable hotel, and I was not mistaken about choosing this hotel because all we need was all intact. The services they provided were competitive despite their lower cost compared to other hotels out there. I'll be giving this hotel a "5" stars for providing me genuine and outstanding assistance. The best place to stay with family.

This was the best stay I have ever had, couldn't have wished anything different. So clean, bright and tranquil. The lake view is breathtaking and waiting for you at almost every window. Lovely property and professional, gracious hosts. I would take this over any Hotel. Thank you to the lovely staff who helped us and accommodated our requests. Highly recommended!

The service at this hotel is really exceptional! I especially want to give a shout out to Alex, who was extremely friendly and helpful with my questions. He should be voted employee of the month! Other than that, the hotel is in a good location for catching an early flight, the beds are comfy, and the decor is stylish. I strongly recommend staying here!

It has also tea and coffee making set. Especially if you really like coffee. There are flavors you can choose to taste. So, don't bother youselves to look for the best hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was superb. The staff is very good especially the front desk, which is very presentable and accommodating. Good price for a big room. We've been here last week for my daughter's birthday. We stayed overnight because she requested it. She loves this place because it has large and clean rooms, and their employees were very friendly and hospitable. It is also very accessible and within a good location in the city. Every aspect of the hotel is outstanding! There is nothing that they cannot offer you. We would not stay anywhere else better than here!

Their rooms were very spacious and had a relaxed ambiance with free breakfast and complimentary use of their pool. I had the best time here with my family. The food in their restaurant was delectable and delicious. I have a free pass on their gym but I didn't use it because I am into exercising. But overall, this place is amazing!

The rooms are clean, and the hotel itself is nice! We enjoyed our stay here and will surely come back again in the future. Thanks to the lovely Duty Manager Sofia who recommended beautiful restaurants in the area and assisted us throughout our stay. The front desk staff are very welcoming and even the lobby guards. The service was worth the money!

We have had an amazing time at this hotel. We opted for a day pass overstaying here, and out of the resorts, this one looks the best. Totally worth it. Such great value, amazing service, awesome spot, and great amenities. Sofia and Julia at the hotel were exceptional! Thanks so much for having us. An amazing day spent in paradise.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Doors were opened, bellhop took our luggage from the car to our room. Bellhop also gave my young son a kid bag, with activities and colors. At dusk, there was a complimentary snack for our son, a cookie and milk. The room was large, very well decorated, and super clean. We were sad, especially the kids when the time we have to leave. We are looking forward to coming back here!

We really like our stay here! As we came inside, we knew the differences between the rooms and the great additional features which looked like so expensive. This is a luxury hotel and you would be amazed by the great assistance of the staff. You would never be disappointed of the service! I liked to stay here for long if only I could be!

I took my wife and kids on vacation, and we spent 5 nights in this hotel. I must say that everything was excellent! The location of the hotel was quite close to our destination as well as some great centers in the city. As for the room, It was surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a vacation trip.

What a nice hotel it was! I was fascinated and delighted with this five-star hotel that I went with during my two days' leave. All of their furniture and amenities were classy and elegant. I felt like I was a one-day billionaire living in a place full of happiness and calmness. The valet that was meant for me happened to be so loyal and humorous. Also, the housekeeper was showing the curved on their lips even if they had a busy day. Because of my satisfaction and contentment, I would book in their hotel again sooner. Thanks!

This hotel is located near my place. This is my go-to hotel for many years already. It has very nice surroundings and very well designs architecture place that you will be amazed. It's really a very big place that you will appreciate the food, and it's the class of the hotel. A very big and spacious parking lots where the security guards standing-by ready to assist you to park your car. It was all perfect for me. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. I was not expecting they got an excellent interior. The dining area was spacious. The lounge bar serves good mixed drinks. I could ask for more! Everything about this hotel was great! A beautiful room, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, and a perfect location! The staff and the managers were also very approachable and helpful. It encouraged me to book a reservation again and again. What a nice service, guys! I can't say anything wrong about this hotel! I even enjoyed a free bottle of wine when I got up to my room! Beautifully remodeled hotel. Check-in was a breeze, fast, accurate, and was provided with all information about the hotel's amenities, such as times for the pool, fitness room, and free breakfast. The breakfast that they served was so damn delicious. I like the hotel a lot because it was very comfortable to stay at.

This hotel is beautiful. It was a convent back in the day and the adjoining hotel was a monastery. One wonders if there's a tunnel connecting them! The rooms are elegant and spotlessly clean. The staff is excellent. The pool is heated and very pretty. The morning buffet is good with lots of choices. The restaurant is not pricey compared to other places in town and they also have complete facilities.
