    I joined ILoveKickboxing Chelsea in May 2017 and I love it! The instructors are great and really motivating and the classes are challenging and super fun. It's a full body workout combining cardio, strength training and flexibility. I couldn't ask for a better workout, every class kicks my ass in the best way possible! :)

    I'm a huge fan of I Love Kickboxing! I've never looked forward to exercise before, but now it's one of my favorite parts of my routine. It is such a good workout, an incredible stress release, and all of the instructors are super nice and accommodating. It is an awesome community and I would recommend the membership to anyone.

    I joined IloveKickboxing in January. I felt like I was hitting a wall with my normal fitness routine, and I needed something to change things up! Since joining, I’ve noticed major changes in my body – more muscle definition, more stamina, and I just feel BETTER and more energized. Even better than the results are the amazing trainers: From the start, everyone made me feel super comfortable. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, motivating, and insanely enthusiastic – not to mention the great music that they play! It was important to me to find a gym that would accept me where I am at in my fitness journey, and I really feel like I’ve found that at ILoveKickBoxing. The facilities are also pristine – the actual mat area, the locker rooms – the staff really works hard to keep the place in top condition. Thanks to everyone at ILoveKickboxing for making my fitness journey challenging and fun at the same time! I couldn’t recommend this gym enough!

    I have been a member for almost 6 months and I have seen amazing results. I have lost inches and toned my entire body. This is an hour long workout that I actually look forward to! The format of the class never changes, but the workout is always different. All of the instructors are so funny and encouraging. I am amazed that in such a busy location in the heart of NYC instructors know me and my fitness goals.

    The best workout ever! So challenging but really fun! I have gotten so much stronger! Kickboxing not helps you get in shape but is also a great stress reliever! Go hit and kick a bag! The hour class goes by so fast and you feel so good afterwards! I've lost weight, become much stronger and flexible and feel great! The instructors are great motivators and super friendly. If your looking for a fun and challenging class, I Love Kickboxing Chelsea is definitely your place!

    It's the best workout you could ask for! The workout are fun, challenging, and you get results! I've always had trouble sticking to a workout for too long, but since joining a couple of months ago I've gotten way stronger, lost some weight, and I'm still excited before every workout! the Facility is super clean and nice, and the staff are incredibly encouraging. Overall I don't think you could find a workout like this anywhere else!!!

    Two words - Energetic & Fun! Love the vibes and the workouts here. Great music and friendly staff.

    The class: A typical class is broken down into 4 parts with the 1st part being the warmup which is comparable to Shaun T's Insanity and Kayla Itsines' bbg. The 2nd part is the stretches which always includes front splits and a center split. The 3rd part is a series of bag works that ends with a speed round and the final part is partner works. The practices are done barefoot and you do get results!

    The facility: There are 2 levels to this facility; the basement and the ground level. The basement houses the lockers (you have to bring your own lock or borrow one from the front desk), 2 showers, 2 sinks and 2 toilets in each (1 M/1 F) locker/changing room. The ground level houses the workout space with a padded floor and a decent amount of punching bags.

    Newcomers: You have to call 2 weeks in advance to schedule your first class.

    iLoveKickboxing has changed my life for the better. The staff is always friendly and motivating, and the workout has made me shed 2 pounds of fat already. It's the highlight of my day, I look forward to it after work. I highly recommend it!

    I absolutely love ILKB. I've been coming here for about eight months when I started with my Groupon and am so glad that I decided to get the membership. I've seen amazing results in terms of my stamina, sleeping, flexibility (my slips are dope now!) and abs in particular. I mean I could talk about every muscle group haha. The coaches are amazing and super motivational! All of them are my favorites, but special shout outs to Vivian and Kyndra and Melanie!!

    I have NEVER been the kind of person who likes to work out, but iLoveKickboxing has totally made me a fitness addict! I've been a member for almost a year now, and I am truly in the best shape & health of my life. It feels so good to be confident in my own skin and feel strong!

    The community here at ILKB is so positive, motivating and inspiring that I'm consistently challenged to improve my technique and achieve my fitness goals that keep getting higher and higher! When you're a member you are invited to a community facebook group, which for me has been totally invaluable in keeping myself motivated. There staff hosts contests and fitness challenges to keep you on track throughout the year -- everything from ab challenges to healthy food tips and just mental support when you need a pick-me-up. It's more than classes -- it's truly a support system in and outside of class.

    The best part about ILKB is it's never pretentious like some studios can be. The instructors are so down to earth, kind and positive -- as are the members! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, the instructors meet you there & challenge you just as you are. I couldn't be more grateful to ILKB for making working out so fun!

    This place is amazing!! I have only been going there for 3 weeks and I have seen results since week 1. I have gotten stronger, more confident and I feel empowered!     The name says it all I LOVE KICKBOXING Chelsea! I’ve always wanted to be a person that commits to fitness and to working out but I was never motivated… until I joined ILKB Chelsea. The staff is AMAZING and very friendly. I love their enthusiasm and their support. I can honestly say that the staff has been a key factor for my success and reaching my goals.     I am a creature of habit and spent all my time cycling UNTIL I became a member of ILKB-Chelsea. It is my new obsession. I purchased a deal off of a Groupon promotion and decided to finally get out of my comfort zone. BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE. Each workout is different and the instructors are very knowledgeable and have awesome energy which is what keeps me going. The instructors also help you if you are not sure of a move and provide health tips. Its cardio kickboxing so you start the first half with lots of hardcore cardio and end the workout with punching/kicking the bags. Not to mention you release ALL of your stress out on these bags; SO WORTH IT!

    I have been a member for a little over a month (June 2016) and I have already lost 5 pounds (of course, with clean eating). I am thankful for my colleague who pushed me to buy the Groupon and introduced me to ILKB-Chelsea and even more grateful for the motivation the instructors provide AND for making each class so much fun. BYE-BYE CYCLING, it's time to kick some a**!!

    I've been going to this studio for 7 months and have been in the best shape of my life. Not only have I lost weight, but my endurance, strength and flexibility have all increased. Plus, the instructors are fun and motivational and really help you with your technique. I don't see myself working out anywhere else. Highly highly recommended!

    I love kickboxing has changed my life! The moment you walk in you're greeted with enthusiastic staff that keep you motivated throughout the kickass workout. It's such a stress relieving environment I actually look forward to going! They have lots of fun challenges to tone and, again, motivate. The results I've gotten in the four short months of being a member have been astounding! I've lost inches, gained strength, energy and confidence! I'm addicted and recommend it to anyone who is tired of the solitary gym life and want a full body workout with a great kickboxing community!

    ILKB Chelsea is a great environment for an awesome workout. I joined here because I was looking for something that would help me learn while getting exercising and loosing weight, and a regular gym just wasn't cutting it. The instructors are super friendly and you get a different workout with each instructor. It's so much better than wasting time & money at a gym, that'll probably see u less than 5 times a month (at least that's how it was for me). ILKB is awesome, and I'm so glad I joined.

    iLoveKickboxing is the highlight of my day. I needed a new form of working out and decided why not release stress by punching a bag? But its become so much more than that. You come in and get a great greeting so you're already excited to be there! My body feels stronger every time I go. I hate the feeling of not doing something right at the gym and getting either stared at or just not reaching my full potential. You never feel like that at iLoveKickboxing. Everyone is helpful from the staff, to the new family members they constantly have signing up. You feel yourself burning fat, and you're having fun doing so! Even better, every staff member has a different teaching style, so you get variety in your classes :) I recommend everybody sign up! It is the best!!!

    Amazing! I have been going 5 days a week since February. I have lost 5 pounds and have gained so much physically and mentally. After finishing every class I feel so accomplished. I truly have learned to love myself. The staff are hilarious and class will NEVER be boring.

    iLoveKickboxing is a great workout!!! It’s a fun class with high energy. Class begins with high intensity workouts followed by stretches and then working on the bags. You are truly working on your entire body. The instructors are all great at explaining technique, and really help you on perfecting your form. Until you feel comfortable with the basic kickboxing moves, I would suggest signing up with different instructors as you learn something new from each. Highly recommend it!

    I love everything about this kickboxing gym in Chelsea. First of all you feel very welcomed the moment you arrive. All instructors are extremely friendly and very inspiring. They would explain to you every little thing and make you feel like you belong to a family. Fit family! 
    The workouts are awesome . Highly intense, let you work out each and every muscle. I felt sore after my first classes but it's more of a pleasant pain. It's like the best pain you want in your life. 
    Then you get used to it and learn more and more about the kicks and punches as well as become stronger. As for me after each class i start liking it a little bit more)
    On your first training you will be guided by the trainer individually. Then you will always work out in a group. I personally love even share the bag because it doesn't allow you to stop and take a break. It doesn't change you unless it challenges you, right? Always try to come 15 mins earlier, evening classes are usually really crowded.
    As for me i am looking forward to exercising at ILKB Chelsea each and every day. It helps me to become stronger both physically and mentally and compete harder in order to reach my goals. Love it!

    ILoveKickboxing is such an awesome workout and kicks you right into shape! It is so much better than the gym and I love this location because of its staff and workout plans. The one hour workout is a total body workout that will make you feel amazing.

    I started off completely out of shape - they welcomed me and made me feel like I was a success just because I walked in the door. The workouts are very intense - but they work on all fitness levels. They will always be a challenge and they will always be different, so you can eliminate boredom from your fitness routine. The music is great and the environment exudes fun! I highly recommend checking them out!

    ILoveKickboxing at the Chelsea location is incredible! Every time I walk in the staff are so cheerful and say hi to me by name even if I haven't been in for a week or so. Each class is quite a work out but it is more than worth it - I haven't been so toned, felt so healthy or alive since high school! Kickboxing here is always a great way for me to start my day, and an amazing way for me to work off stress!

    I bought a Groupon for ilovekickboxing because I needed a switch from my boring routine at the gym. The staff is super friendly and really welcome you every time you go to a class. They have a Facebook group that all of the trainers upload pics and motivational posts. They have so many different fun aspects, like DJ night, and scavenger hunts to keep us motivated!I ended up buying a class pass (about 64 classes) and have been so happy with how I feel when I go regularly! The Chelsea location is conveniently located right off the 28th St 1 train.

    Joining iLoveKickboxing was one of the best decisions I have ever made! The staff is wonderful, continually supportive, very helpful and motivating you every step of the way. The work outs are great and with the variety provided you’re never bored. I am happy with my results so far and have never been more committed to getting in shape!

    This place is AWESOME. I decided to try kickboxing because I need to do something active and engaging to get fit. My first class was at 6:30am - and I am by no means a morning person. But my life really has changed since I've started coming here. I actually wake up excited at 5:30 am to get to classes which is such a change from my usual waking up at 930 for work. But I feel so much better throughout the day. I was going to the gym for a while and not seeing any changes in my body but in the few weeks that I've been coming here I've lost a few pounds and I just feel generally awesome!

    The trainers are so enthusiastic, encouraging and helpful. There are certain exercises that I cannot do at all because of lower back pain and they are great about modifying them to make them less painful for me. And they never make me feel bad for not being able to keep up with certain exercises or having to do them differently. It is also very apparent that they love what they do and their enthusiasm makes me push myself even more.

    I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to have fun while getting fit. The staff is awesome, the studio is clean and orderly, and you will have the time of your life!

    I'm absolutely IN LOVE with this place. For such a long time I've been trying to find a place where i can get a great workout, but at the same time build the most long lasting relationships with other members and instructors. Even though its a intense workout, its totally worth it. Believe me when i say you will feel amazing and look even better.

    Great people, awesome environment, clean bathroom. You really get a sweat. The trainers are fantastic they would help you get closer to your fitness goals. Best workout for me. They have a set schedule so if you can plan your week. They have different plans to choose from. After a few weeks I started to see the changes on my body.

    for anyone who wants to loose a beer gut fast. Chelsea i love kickboxing is the way to go. The instructors and students are very energetic. Fun way to stay in shape and great way to meet new people. Staff is very helpful as well

    iLovekickboxing has been a great find for me. A friendly atmosphere coupled with approachable instructors makes it a great place to workout. I loved it so much that signed an unlimited contract then renewed for another 7 months.

    If you are serious about getting into shape and being healthy then you need to give it a try.

    This place is awesome! I've belonged to or tried every chain gym in NYC (still go to Crunch) and had a trainer, and have tried many other small boutique workouts. To me its all about finding something that works for you, and if you are into the feel and movements of kickboxing and the release it gives you but would never really like fighting a real person, this is an awesome all-around workout. It's easy to push yourself and the rounds mimic interval style training so you totally feel the burn. Amazing music too!

    I'm not a workout person. I don't even like to walk fast. But ILoveKickBoxing has definitely changed my outlook on taking a step towards my goals of being active. I didn't enjoy the first class, I wasn't that person yelling WOOOO I LOVE THIS after my first time. However, I would describe it as "love at second sight". I now move my schedule to make it to class, and get sad when I can't join my friends when they go.

    I currently have the 67 class deal, solely because of my schedule. But after my first 3 days, I made the decision to make it to an unlimited plan once I clear my schedule a little more. I went to class by myself--something I would NEVER do--and actually enjoyed it. I am proud to be a part of ILoveKickBoxing, and my only regret is being too busy to make it to at least 5 days a week. Even though the warm ups are the toughest part for me (I'm not a cardio person, and will run out of breath after 10 steps), I try to do a little more after each class. I've yet to do every single thing without taking a break, but I truly believe I will get there. The instructors are great motivators and the music makes me want to shake my butt so the vibe definitely helps. I would certainly recommend it, even to the laziest of the bunch!

    The workout is extremely intense, it's inevitable that it will leave you exhausted, sweaty, and ready to come back again and again for that feel-good training session!

    The instructors can be described in three words: Friendly, Motivational, and Passionate. The moment you walk into the facility, you are greeted with a smile and welcome. Every single class is different as the instructors introduce different exercises to work every part of the body! It is clear that the instructors know and love what they do and that is kick boxing.

    At first it may seem intimidating for someone who has never kick boxed before, but with awesome instructors such as Amanda, Raquel, Seth, Maurice, and many others, kick boxing will become a crazy, high intensity, kick-ass work out session that will leave you feeling good and looking great! You'll love it!

    I absolutely love ilovekickboing Chelsea. The classes are a great escape from the boring workouts at the gym. The instructors are energetic at every class and they play great music during the workout. At first I was worried about getting less of a workout during peak times however sharing bag makes the workout more fun. Each class is 1 hour and that hour is the highlight of my day.

    Buying the web special $19.99 for 3 classes is the best random decision I've made so far. I walked in here on my first day without any fitness goals I'm just doing it for fun. I never thought I would do anything like kickboxing. I fell in love with it since day 1. I got addicted to it that my day should always start with kickboxing. Everybody here is nice and friendly. The instructors will motivate and push you hard to reach your goals. Just like me, you'll probably love/hate your instructors for making you do all of those burpees, push-ups, lunges, squats, etc., but you'll definitely thank them after. If you want a great workout, if you want too see changes, if you want to see results you better sign up now.

    I've been looking for a kickboxing studio to stop being a lazy bum. Gym was not an option because I just don't like it, and I sort of feel uncomfortable around muscle maniacs. I stumbled upon a Groupon deal for ILKB and decided to try it out, especially since the place was down the block from my job.

    The first class was a killer. The first 20 minutes or so is very intense cardio and conditioning. You will be sweating as much as you would in hot yoga. Then comes the best part: punching/kicking the bag to your heart's desire. The instructors are really (and I mean really) energetic and great at motivating you. Every class they teach you different combinations getting you to work out your entire body. After my first class I ended up signing up for a whole year! It's really fun and really hard at the same time. The instructors really make it their goal to push you to your potential, and help you reach your fitness goal.

    The staff there is so nice and so helpful. They are always ready and willing to help in any way, shape or form if you need it. The facility itself is gorgeous, neat and very tidy. The locker rooms even have everything you could possibly need. All you need to bring is a towel, water bottle, a lock, and yourself!

    They don't call it ILoveKickboxing for no reason... I pretty much go every day now.

    I have been a member for almost a year now and I love everything about the workout, from the intense warm-up that has you dripping sweat in 5 minutes to the instructors that teach you proper techniques and motivate you to do better than your best. This is a great workout place and you will definitely get your money's worth in membership. They have a great web special that includes free kickboxing gloves and also have Groupon vouchers for purchase. Try them today! You won't regret it!

    I've been trying desperately to find a good gym routine that balances weight training and cardio, but sometimes I don't find enough time for both. That is - until I stumbled upon I have always heard that kickboxing is one of the best full-body workouts, so I wanted to give it a try. After riding out my 10 groupon classes, I was absolutely sure that I wanted to commit for an unlimited year membership because a) it's an amazing, constantly motivating workout, and b) it's fun! This is a class that I will never get bored of (like what happens after a few days of running on the treadmill), and the instructor are super inspiring. I've already gotten a few friends hooked as well! I could go on forever about how much I love this place, so let me just leave you with this advice: Do it. You'll love it. You'll get in great shape.     The best intense workout that you'll want to do again and again! It is so much fun. Once I started in July I quickly got addicted! The instructors are so nice, funny and helpful. The first 15 minutes of class is conditioning (push ups, mountain climbers, abs) then the remaining 45 mins is boxing work. You don't need to be an amazing athlete or in great shape to join. You do what you can and hopefully throw one more punch each class than you did the last time!

    Best place to workout and get your kick boxing on. Clean facility. Great, motivational, and energetic instructors. What more could you ask for? I love how the instructors really care about you and your health goals. They push you hard because they know that you are capable of more than you think. They care about your safety and you can tell they they enjoy teaching the class itself. I'm in the best shape of my life and I owe it all to this place. I love the energy in the class. It always makes you want to go hard and earn your shower. I really break a sweat every class and that exactly what I need to reach my weight loss goal.

    ILKB Chelsea is great place to get fit. I became a member because I was looking an intense workout, as my regular gym wasn't very exciting. The instructors are super friendly and motivating, and will make you work your ass off (you will sweat buckets). I always come in exhausted after work, but walk out feeling energized after an hour of warm ups + bag work.

    I've been coming hear for 9 months and i must say they will give you a work out to never forget. The attention and tough techniques was all worth it . Lost 30 pounds and felt strong and great. This is no ordinary 1 hour class. These are people who cares how well and amazing you can accomplish . xoxo
