It ended up costing nearly twice what both I and the carrier were expecting, and took a few weeks longer than they had estimated as well. Despite this, I am very happy with their service and communication. They checked in with me constantly, always notified me of any cost increases and made sure I authorized them, and apologized profusely every time they need to squeeze more funds out of me or inform me of yet another delay. My representative, Oliver, was fantastic across the board, and all of these increases and delays were seemingly beyond his control. I would gladly use him again, and recommend him without hesitation. He always either took my calls or called back immediately, was 100% cheerful and accommodating, and checked in any time he had reason to in order to make sure I understood what was going on and was OK with the changes. He even called after I received the vehicle to make sure I was happy in the end, which I was. Yeah it cost way more than it should have and took much longer than I could have guessed, but I can't see how he could have done anything differently - it was really just down to the situation at the moment and the location origin in particular, and I have no doubt that any other company would have ended up charging me the same and taking just as long. I never felt for a second that anyone was being dishonest, manipulative or opportunistic, all of our interactions seemed genuine, Oliver always showed concern and even called on off hours just to check in to make sure I was handling it all OK. Despite the hassle and expense, I would gladly give Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. a big thumbs up.

This was the first time I have gone through the experience of shipping my car, anywhere let alone across the country. I was very apprehensive, but Sue from Geiko Auto Carriers made the experience both easy and far less nerve racking than I thought it would be. From start to finish she communicated well and helped immensely to get the job done. Sue was absolutely fantastic and made this experience a positive one. I would highly recommend Geiko Auto Carriers to anyone, especially those who are new to, and are nervous about the whole process. My car was picked up on time and was delivered 8 days later literally from coast to coast

KC was the driver for Geiko Auto Carriers . He had called me and told when he'd be arriving. He dropped off my Camaro in perfect condition and I was really pleased at how well the car was treated and all! I am very pleased and will happily use your services and Geiko Auto Carriers's as well! You and Geiko Auto Carriers were very professional, timely, and did an EXCELLENT JOB! Thanks!

The pick up scheduling was not very precise, but once the SRT was picked up it was handled very professionally and with a lot of care. Received it with no problems. Therefore i must say that in all the trucker provided a great service! Would recommend them anytime! Thanks a lot for a smooth transaction!

Excellent! Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. is a great company. Rebecca and the other Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. employees were great, understanding and very helpful. The auto transport company that transported my car was American Auto Transport. Because the car was being transported from Michigan to California, Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. told me that the latest that I may receive my car in California would be the first week of April. American Auto picked up my car on Monday, Mar. 18th and delivered it only seven days later on Monday, Mar. 25th. I will definitely recommend Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. to anyone who needs to have their car transported.

Tiffany was very helpful & informative from the first time I spoke with her, and she is the reason I picked Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. over other brokers. She understood I had a horrible experience 2 yrs ago with shipping the Wrangler from DE to WA and she assured me that Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. would not use the same trucking company which is located in Spokane. Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc.'s quote was fair, and Tiffany assured me that Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. would do everything possible to find a carrier that could accommodate the timeframe we had to work with. She was a professional and understood & made note of my concerns of the difficulty of dealing with guesstimated dates/times to ship a vehicle. Geiko Auto Carriers, Inc. is fortunate to have Tiffany represent them. I can comfortably state I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to others looking to ship a vehicle from one coast to the other.

A Jeep Wrangler was to be picked up in Walla Walla, WA and delivered in Wilmington, DE within a very specific time frame. The only downside of this experience was that the driver of the carrier would only pick up the Wranger in Ritzville, WA which is 2 hours north. This created the need for finding transportation back to Walla Walla for my college-age daughter, and this worked because the pick up was done on a weekend. Ultimately, all went well after that.

The entire process was very smooth. I put a quote in a couple months before I was set to move and they honored the quote. I originally had a quote for one car, but then switched the type of car last minute and it did not cause a problem. The driver contacted me and wanted to pick my car up a couple of days earlier than expected which wasn't an issue. I was also able to load personal items into the car which was very accommodating.
