They checked out the mold situation in my house, emailed me an estimate the same day, and work began the next day. They were honest about the outlook for my mold issue, and I trusted them to be truthful about the extent of damages. I hope I never have to call you for a mold problem again -but I’m glad I did! LOL

I had a water line burst in the middle of the afternoon. he was here before rush hour started. The full team arrived later in the evening. I now have your business card taped to my fridge for any other emergencies!

I thought their response times were very good compared to my (admittedly limited) experience with other contractors in Philly. Friendly, professional and clearly experienced as well. These guys did excellent work at my apartment in Center City. I didn’t actually hire them – my landlord did. However, I felt compelled to leave a review because they were wholly pleasant to be around. I work from home, so I was actually around for most of the restoration work. Every employee I interacted with was polite and professional. I genuinely felt my place was treated with respect. They even took the time to knock on my door and let me know before they were running really loud equipment.

I would recommend Water Mold Fire Restoration of Philadelphia to anyone needing a general contractor in the city. We have used them three times for separate projects at two different rental units. All three times were related to water/mold damage issues. I was consistently impressed by their work every time. More than one year later, we have no mold issues or funny smells at all.
