  I emailed them several pictures in the middle of the evening and was surprised to get a response back within about 30 minutes. They were able to come out on a weekend and put together an estimate, then start work the week after. It was a minor black mold problem in a little-used area of the house, so it wasn’t the most pressing issue. However, I felt they treated my problem seriously, and I appreciated that.

  We live in Soma and recently dealt with a nasty water damage problem caused by a plumbing issue upstairs. We called Water Mold Fire Restoration of San Francisco on their non-emergency helpline. The first thing the next morning, we had a technician on scene analyzing the situation and explaining what would need to be done, what insurance would cover, and how much it would all cost. I appreciated the honest discussion and “no BS” approach. The first meeting was emblematic of the rest of my discussions with this company. 5 stars from me.

  We had a small black mold removal issue at our house. Water Mold Fire Restoration of San Francisco was one of the first companies to show up on Google. Although insurance did not cover our issue, we found their pricing to be very reasonable. Thank you from me and my dogs.
