  I hired Trozzy to rebuild my deck (damaged in a storm). He collected the deposit and materials fees ($2,708) started demolition of the old deck for half a day, then never came back and would not return calls. I had to hire another guy to do the work. I saw he was shot in an altercation last year. I walked away when he robbed me, but am guessing that guy decided not to. Save yourself the hassle and don't think about hiring him.

  WILLIAM TROZZY owner/manager Mell HR lives in MISHAWAKA, IN Drives a Red Ford F150 9/3/2013 Had to have a police esscort to job site because WILL threated me while on the job and threatened my wife on the phone. He is very unprofessional, doesn't compensate what his contract says and leads you along with excuses. Stay away
