Our AC had been leaking water into the ceiling for a while. After calling someone I found on google and paying them $50 to come out they told me that I needed a new AC unit for $5000+. Given that the unit blew cold air I thought that sounded wrong. I called Indoor Comfort Team, they sent someone out the next day who found a hole in the condensation drainage line. Fixed it for a reasonable price and now we're all set.

    Highly Recommend.

Indoor Comfort Team was recommended by a reputable company who themselves could not handle servicing our furnace. I was at the end of my wits with the gas company that said it would take nearly three weeks to come out and start the pilot on a furnace that has not been used for a few years! So after calling plumbers and running into roadblocks left and right, I called Indoor Comfort Team. I was quite frustrated by this time, but much to my surprise they were able to schedule me within an hour of my call! Ron came out in less than an hour, checked and started the furnace, checked for carbon-monoxide levels, and then there was warmth!!! The fee was reasonable, and Ron was friendly, but professional and knowledgeable.
I was relieved and grateful and you can be sure I will call them in the future for all heating and air conditioning issues. Don't hesitate to call these people, they are all about service! :)

Very efficient and competent installation of a window A/C unit. Jason's colleague took the time to wash the filter and to explain various features of the A/C.
