Surgical Wound Care Associates, Arizona (SWCA-AZ) is a community-based outpatient wound care practice that participates in WELS CARE, Wound Excellence and Limb Salvage. We work seamlessly with providers, home health agencies, and other specialists to coordinate efficient, comprehensive wound care through cutting-edge evidence-based treatments. Communication and collaboration are key to effective patient care. Our goal is to not only expedite healing but to prevent wound recurrences. WELS Care is a program that ensures all providers practice with a high level of care through cutting edge evidence-based wound care treatments. SWCA strives to make wound care more accessible for patients with a goal of reducing hospitalizations and amputations.
