  Very rude. I just had to call and the pharmacy tech on the phone was seemed annoyed I needed to talk to a human about my issue with a medication. I know they are busy but I had one question that I could not find an answer too else where. All pharmacies like this are busy, but most are not so rude.

  very baddddddddd..poor customer service..i called them to pick up a prescription, they said it was ready and i waited 20 min in drive through just to learn that it wasn't ready.20 min later in the counter,they asked me to wait for 5 min and guess what it wasn't ready for the next 30 minutes and i was so mad, I walked out.,,,,,Walgreens should employ more staff in busy hours.Will never go to this Walgreens ever

  AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT ANYTHING!!!!! THE FAVORITE WORD IS "I AM SORRY" BETTER ORDER YOUR MEDS AT LEAST A WK PRIOR TO NEEDED THEM. DRUG WAREHOUSE ON 31 & SHERIDAN WILL BEND OVER BACKWARD TO HELP YOU ANY WAY THEY CAN. I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER THERE FOR 7 YEARS AND MOST OF THE TIME MY REFILLS ARE READY B-4 I HAVE TO CALL THEM IN! VERY FRIENDLY. IF ITS YOUR FIRST TIME IT MIGHT-MIGHT TAKE YOU 30MINUTES MAX.
