Unfortunately, it only takes one bad visit to turn off a customer. I asked the associate if I could have a smaller sundae for my 3-year-old. The price of a small sundae is $2.29. She gave me a kid's cup with a tiny amount of whipped cream, sprinkles, and a quarter size of fudge. She charged me $4.79. When I complained, she refused to refund the additional money. Why couldn't she just charge the sundae price at a minimum? Common sense was lacking. But, the worst part is that she alienated a customer that was buying ice cream 3-4 times a week. Also, I usually pay cash and they never give receipts at this store.
