I'm sure other people in my situation know exactly how stressful the storage process, not to mention the initial search for a respectable storage company, can be. This was my first time using Jack Rabbit Self Storage. The online process was so simple and straight forward, done without muss or fuss, and all of the staff members I interacted with, whether through online, text, or in person were friendly and eager to help. Even better, the pricing is realistic and fair. Bottom line, I'm definitely sticking with jack rabbit for all of my storage needs.

This is the first storage unit that I have used so I really dont know what a good one is. But what I can say is the storage unit as well as the service is well above competitors like Public Storage. Overall pleased with everything here so far.

By far the best storage company I've ever used, an extremely helpful customer service team that told me about climate control storage, how it works and helped me find the right space! They also gave me a month special move in price - one month free pay for the second month (no hidden fees). Jack Rabbit will definitely see me coming back again. Thanks guys!
