I purchased a diamond for an engagement ring and couldn't be more pleased. I had already Purchased the setting and I simply mailed it to the store and had it back, diamond set and ring appraised within 7 days. Equally important for me - You couldn't beat the price on the diamond, at least $1,000 less than any diamond of equal quality that I found in the last 6 months of shopping. Also, if you call the store you can speak with Phil, the owner, nearly anytime or he will return your call promptly. For an out of state person that was a little worried about shipping an engagement ring through the mail, I am now a believer. I will only buy jewelry from Phil Ralph and Madison Jewelers. It is just too easy and too good of a price not to do it. Thank you Phil!

My brother is looking for cash against gold but he didn't get the fair price for gold from many jewelers.He told me about his problem then I suggested him about Madison jewelers in VA Beach because it is a trust able jewelry shop here.He went there and got the right price for his gold.

I asked Madison Jewelers to take my mom's ring and turn it into a necklace for my sister. She is handicapped and unable to wear rings. Phil Ralph made a necklace so beautiful it brought me to tears when I saw it. My sister will treasure this necklace for the rest of her life and her Christmas will be so special thanks to Phil and Madison Jewelers.

Madison Jewelers have great quality and great service!! I went to this shop with my elder sister and I bought perfect ring. The employees were so helpful and kind and not pushy at all.
