  the West Central location in wichita, KS is very rude. I called and had one quick question and was put on hold- while on hold i could hear the lady that works there talking to someone, just chit chatting with another employee. I waited 10 minutes and hung up. Called back- said I was put on hold for quite awhile, and put back on hold. I hung up. I dont have time for these people to be so rude
