Muhammad and his team did an amazing job at a reasonable price in my entranceway. It was a small job but they were as responsive as if it were a big job. They were super efficient, showed up and finished when they said they would.... and were super helpful in making decisions about grout color. Could not be happier, and I hope to work with them again.

The working process was very smooth and the quality was good. I could not make a single complaint. Their workers used masks and they had temperature checks regularly. I really liked how they followed social distancing and FDA guidelines. Anytime there was an issue Muhammad just took care of it very quickly. He made very smart suggestions about opening up the space and the overall layout of the kitchen that I had not thought of beforehand.
I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. -

We hired NYC A1 to install cabinets and flooring in our kitchen. The work was done very well, the cost was reasonable, and the results look great. The crew was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. They worked very hard to get the cabinets installed properly in my kitchen and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.

NYC A1 Home Improvement is awesome. We had a large tile job -- both in tile size and surface area. He spent a lot of time with me making sure he understood exactly what I wanted and also planning the job since the tiles were so big. His work is amazing and he is really professional. Our bathroom is even more beautiful than we imagined it. He will be our tile guy from now on.

These guys did an absolutely amazing job. We had a previous contractor rip out our so fit and replace the drywall that took 5 weeks to do a horrible job. We finally reached out to Level Up to have them come fix the issues. These guys at NYC A1 Home Improvement showed up on time and got the job finished insanely fast. It looks absolutely amazing and is blended with the old texture so well. I'm shocked at how fast they were and how good of a job they did. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone. They were very responsive and professional, did exactly what they said they would do in less time than quoted, and we're very happy with the work done.

These people are the BEST. Had a shower enclosure installed and the job was so good had them back to do our second bathroom. They are DETAIL ORIENTED and STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!. I can HIGHLY recommend NYC A1 Home Improvement.
