I'll start by saying I NEVER thought I would be writing a review for a Seattle towing service. Then came the day.
I woke up Monday with a car in the drive way that wouldn't start. For some reason I felt it was more then just a dead batter as there had been some signs of an electric short a few days before which I had hoped wouldn't be a problem and would eventually solve itself some how. I ended up calling 24/7 Rapid Discount Towing hoping they could turn my terrible start of the day around.
Less then 30 minutes after my call, Todd from discount towing arrives at my door. He is able to see how stress I already am with the whole situation and quickly calms me down with his positive attitude and by assuring me he will be able to help. Less then 5 minutes later Todd sees that the battery is dead and is the first Seattle tow truck driver I've met that new exactly how to access the battery of my BMW through the trunk without having to ask my an questions.
Throughout the whole process Todd was professional, calm, and assuring. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and in a position where I could get to work. I couldn't be more thankful for his knowledge and helpful attitude. If I ever am stuck on the side of the road and need a tow in Seattle. Todd will be the first person I call.

Rapid discount towing seattle responded quickly and safely towed my car to a local service technician. It was after hours and on a weekend. They gave me a great pice too. The dispatcher and the tow truck driver kept in ccontact me thru the whole process and took down my back up phone number for me when the phone I was using was about to go dead. I really felt confident knowing he wasnt just some Joe Scho Seattle towing driver. He knew what he was doing and was very polite.

As a young lady, my father always told me to keep three things in the trunk of my car, a spare tire, a jack and jumper cables. And til this day, I still follow those words of wisdom. Unfortunately, the auto problem I ran into didn’t have anything to do with a flat tire or a dead battery. This time, it was my miscalculation of how far I could go before needing to fill up with gas that messed me up. This was my first incident like this and wasn’t too sure what to do. I didn’t have a gas can in the trunk (thanks dad) and even if I did, I would have had to trek miles and miles to the nearest exit to get to a gas station, while wearing none other than high heels. My day couldn’t be any worse, except for the fact I was about to be late for a hot date.
The great thing about technology is that you can jump on the Web from anywhere. I used my smartphone to look up a Seattle towing service that could provide me with Seattle roadside assistance. I called a few, but didn’t agree with their timing or their rates. Then I came upon one Seattle towing company called 24/7 Rapid Discount Towing Seattle and I hired them for the job. They said that they could have a Seattle tow truck to me within a half hour. I enjoyed a couple of tunes on my radio, since my battery was still functioning, as I waited for the Seattle tow service.
When the Seattle tow technician got there, he brought two gas cans and filled me up. It got me to the halfway mark, which was more than enough for me to get to where I had to go and back. This Seattle roadside assistance was excellent and I would (and do) recommended to my friends and family. This Seattle tow company also offers other great services, which is the reason why I will keep them in my saved numbers – and that’s for Seattle towing to long distances and flat tire repair (two problems I may run into the near future). -
I love this seattle towing company. I recently had a problem with my car where it would randomly over heat. and when i say random i mean random. LIke once every 6 months. This is why i never got it fixed right away. But then boom all a sudden twice a year i was calling a dfferent seattle tow truck to come get me. Ive always been able to count on rapid discount towing. They are always there when you need a good tow truck service. The price is fair. They are always on time. They know what they are doing. Kudos all arround. highly reccomend.
