They were very meticulous in reviewing disclosure packages. We spent many hours with them going through all details that were listed in the disclosure. Also, they were very careful in replying to our questions to make sure we fully understand their answers. They are very experienced professionals: we got our house not because we offered more money but because they put in front of the seller a solid and competitive contract with minimal contingencies. They had our best interest in mind when they negotiated with the seller. We did not pay a single dollar extra to what we offered because they acted with integrity and protected us from going above our budget. They are so much fun to work with! :)

Justin comes highly recommended and for good reason. He has now assisted with the purchase of two of my properties. He is highly responsive and acts very quickly. The first property went without a hitch. Fast closing and Simon made the process very easy for a first time home buyer.
The second property was even more impressive as we ran into some delays with our chosen lender and Simon kept all parties well informed and set proper expectations. He also helped negotiate a very fair price and both us and the seller closed the transaction very happily. Looking forward to working with Justin on future transactions. -
