Horrible Horrible Horrible! I saw their ad in save on everything.com magazine and it stated, and I quote, "Servicing Oakland County (excluding Holly, Novi & Groveland) & Wayne County (excluding Livonia & Northville). Well I live in Detroit which is Wayne County and when I called to make an appointment I was told that they don't service Wayne County. The man I spoke with was rude and didn't want to hear what I had to say. I explained what the ad said and all he could very rudely say was we don't service Wayne County and I've never had a complaint in over 20 years and then proceeded to hang up on me. This is NO WAY to do business. I come from large family who lives in the Northern Oakland County area ... you can bet your bottom dollar that if I'm asked if I know of a good company to clean carpets, I WON'T be referring this company.
