This is amazing! They only requires $1 deposit only on every order which means you can actually put $1 dollar only while you are waiting your unit to be done..NO HEADACHES..It's so refreshing to see a business like this in todays day and age! Not everything is meant to be AMAZON or ALIBABA!
I just spoke to Jon on the phone and they are ready to work with their customers. It's important to support the small and private businesses that run on human values that you want your children to experience as well. Its my first time to be a moonshiner in a moonshine stills industry, well I want my first time to be effective and a roller coaster experience so

I ordered a 6 gallon kit and was very satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the unit.
I used it a long time with great success before deciding to up-size.
Regretfully, When I did, I tried out a competitors product and was very much disappointed.
The copper from the distillery network was much thicker and the unit overall was much sturdier.
I felt unsafe using the competitors product. I am happy to say that I just placed my next order for an even larger unit from the distillery network.
And they will be my choice for any future purchases as well. -
I bought a still from a different guy, then I won a still from jon. It was well built and functioned great. So my next I went all out and got the 30 gallon flameflow still. It works great and does as advertised. Well built with a very quick heat up time! Great work. I was fortunate to visit them on sit eand watch them craft mine. Their methods are excellent and their QC is great, rigoursly ensuring there are no leaks. They even informed me that they were short on the parrot and promptly shipped it to me when it was complete. Highly recommend.

I learned about The Distillery Network through social media and after doing my homework and looking at other manufacturers products I am 100 percent satisfied with purchasing from these guys. The craftsmanship is pretty good. and thought the packaging was fine. very impressed with this still. I grew up in the Appalachians and this is the little still that could. The owner was really nice to me when he realized that I was a combat vet and offered me an extended discount. I've referred a lot of customers to him ever since and their have been no complaints.

Lets start with customer service. That is one of the most important aspects of a company. Jonathan offers at least 3 different ways to contact him. He answers the phone every single time and answers all text messages. I always feel confident when i can reach the supplier of a product with no issues. He also gives you the names of the people working with him to contact if needed. That is so personal. No other companies do that. The Distillery Network Inc. website is very well created and easy to navigate. They have many pictures and videos to show exactly what and how their product is made as well as instructional videos. The craftsmanship is second to none. Every bend and solder are done to the highest degree. So not only do their products look beautiful but they function perfectly. The threads and fitment of each connection are superb. The product was very clean upon arriving. The shipping was super fast and the product was packaged like it was made of glass. Very well boxed and protected. I did a lot of research on who to purchase from and I kept coming back to The Distillery Network every time. The price for what I received was unbeatable by far. Also tax free and free shipping! The Distillery Network is also the most innovative as well. The flame flow design is the most advanced and i have seen nothing else like it.
