    Tried the rest, TXTImpact is the best

    It solved a major problem within our organization. We now have internal communication.

    Pros: Full functionality! Works extremely well for mass text marketing and communication.

    Cons: It works well in every facet. No complaints.

    I have been a satisfied customer of TXTImpact for the past 4 years. They have continuously been supportive, helpful, and fulfilling on their promises regarding internet marketing results. They have always gone out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. I am always able to reach them and get my questions answered and the help I need very quickly, which means a lot to me.

    A solid texting platform

    Overall: We were a group of students conducting a field study, and needed to reach out to our study participants on a daily basis through texts. We tried another leading platform that did not work. TXTImpact worked flawlessly from the start and honestly saved our project.

    Pros

    Easy to use and very intuitive. It helps us to bring back customers and increase our sales. Also, the UI is beautiful and very intuitive!!

    Cons

    It is not very clear how much it will cost to you and it does not have a review integration which could be a great tool. They need to bring more design options, maybe more layout and font options?

    Easy way to keep day and user requests organized

    Pros

    TXTImpact is great, sorts out user requests/feedback with timestamps, notes features - can tag colleagues. Very neat interface, this tab is open 24/7 on my computer.

    Cons

    When I write a note, it shifts my conversation to the top, which I sometimes wish it would just leave (or even add a 'add note and close option' as there's a 'reply and close option').

    We are a pool service company in AZ, and the competition here is high. With Madwire we not only stand out we stick around. I have competitors and clients telling me they see our ads everywhere. I too have been searching the net and see our ads come up on many different sites. Our organic rating is also high as well. I feel that my site that they put together is clean and clutter-free and represents our company very well. Another thing is my account manager is always keeping me updated and is easy to get ahold of, and is one of the best parts of the experience I have had with Madwire.

    Great intuitive software

    Using this to answer incoming customer inquiries, the resolution not, faq, and more

    Pros
    Easily merges email and live chat on one platform. Integrates loads of other software too. Also has built-in reporting and lots of features that come standard

    Cons
    Cannot merge tickets as other platforms do. Some reporting could use deeper drill-downs and insight.

    the way we can share emails.. make notes to each other and easily manage all incoming emails.. there is a history of all communications that is great and makes it easy to track customer activity and with which representative

    I can not easily edit the information of a contact. I also can not easily create a new message to a user from within TXTImpact.

    Simple to Use

    Reaching customers that may not engage over a phone call or email.

    Pros
    This product is simple to use and customer service is excellent about answering any questions I have.

    Cons
    Text amounts are in bundles of too few texts or too many. You can add more, but unused messages don't roll over even when they've been paid for. Some features are redundant. Scheduler and drip messaging aren't different enough to warrant them being separate.

    We couldn't run our business without it

    Pros

    TXTImpact is critical to our daily support operations and even sales at this point. We feel that it gives us an advantage over our competitors because they feel like they can get in touch with us immediately without having to wait for the email. With the addition of bots and other automated features, it makes the experience even better for our customers. Highly recommended for teams big and small.

    Cons
    Price. It can get very expensive as your user base grows.

    This software covers pretty much any marketing/advertising needs your company may have. The customer service is unparalleled!

    Cons
    While the price can be pretty high, this software is a great alternative to hiring a full marketing team. Great for a new or smaller business

    It's simple to use, but still too basic

    It is very simple to use, it won't take you long to learn how to use it and the different functions it has.

    Cons

    it's very limited in terms of integration with other platforms and it won't really let you do much in order to take the info/contacts to the next level

    It's a great tool to get a message out to a lot of people very quickly. I can sign people up or they can sign themselves up. In addition, it's been great to be able to respond to people who have questions, as they can simply reply and I get an email with their question. Lastly, the price is right! This service could easily be sold for a much high amount! Learning the system was easy and the customer service team has reached out to help on a few occasions.

    It's good but could be better

    I use it as a helpdesk as a customer service. So far it's good but could be better

    Pros

    -For a helpdesk that could combine chat and email-based tickets easily, it's actually really easy to use -The UI/UX is simple and easy to understand -Does its' job well

    Cons

    TXTImpact has options to "Snooze" tickets which means that ticket would be put to sleep for either hours/days. The problem is the button is really easy to be clicked and it couldn't be retracted, so maybe that's one thing that I don't like from TXTImpact.

    TXTImpact helps put stats behind our marketing $

    We have had a great experience with TXTImpact. Our customer rep is very responsive and helps us get value and ROI on our marketing dollars spent with them. They also work well with our web designer to optimize our website. Even though we are not a large account they treat us well and are concerned about being our partner in success.

    Outstanding Customer Service

    As a small company that is just trying to launch a new brand, I can honestly state that TXTImpact and our team at Mad Wire was a game changer.     I never have to work about tracking budgeting and maintaining my site or marketing. They handle it flawlessly.

    Cons
    Honestly I am good with the software. The only con really is that I have to spend money to have it, but I can accept this necessary evil.

    Fantastic app but not so cost-effective for smaller businesses

    Support Staff is extremely helpful and the App is incredibly user-friendly and easy to use.

    Pros
    Many complex and targeted features for auto-messaging. Being able to send articles within the Live Chat was hugely time-saving, especially using the app on mobile.

    Cons
    The cost was the one and only reason I have moved away from TXTImpact. It is a great platform for large companies but it isn't cost-effective for small businesses.

    The software is very user friendly and tracking our results and efforts is a very simple process. Our representative is very knowledgeable and attentive. He is available for questions and revisions and the weekly meetings are very informative. He is in contact with us frequently to advise and support our marketing goals.

    We've been using TXTImpact for almost 6 months now. We are thrilled with the website development, internet & Facebook ads, CRM system and terrific customer service provided by our Marketing Executive, Susan Raj. We've had a great start with lead volume, along with what we feel are better-qualified leads. For the first time in our company history, we feel we have a comprehensive internet marketing plan provided by one marketing organization (versus multiple that only offer one or two of the above services)

    We were looking for a cost effective way to set up texting campaigns. After looking at many we choose TXTImpact and are glad. The price was great. The service worked flawlessly. The instructions led us through the process pain free. And, we were able to try it to see if it would work before investing a huge amount.

    I have been using TXTImpact for the past 3 months, and have never encountered an issue other than you need a little bit of a big screen (in my case I have a MacBook Air and to be fully able to use TXTImpact I need a second screen). It is easy and nice on the eyes, and easy to learn and use.

    We love the multiple features that TXTImpact Texting has to get an SMS marketing campaign going. The drip messages and auto-scheduler have been the best part. Program in a few messages set the times, and sit back.

    We have been using TXTImpact for almost a year now, and I appreciate the ease of use of the software. To get through the primary task of setting up an SMS campaign, sending it, and tracking responses, it does the job without making it complicated.
