The best restaurant in town! I am so happy that I get to discover this restaurant because their food tastes so good! My mother and I enjoyed our food so much that we had a hard time finishing it because their serving is so big and knowing it's very affordable! Very highly recommended!

It was my first time visiting this restaurant, but I already love it. I thanked you for serving dishes that really match the taste of your customers. Your staff and crew were also very professional and friendly. I hope you will continue serving for the best service! Thank you! I will highly recommend your restaurant!

Charming. Lovely vibe: quiet and homey.
The food is quite good--save room for the strawberry daifuku. I kind of always get the Donburi and always enjoy it.
One downside is that the service is always so slow. They are nice but never very attentive. It takes a while to get the menu, to place your order, to wait for your food, etc.

Located on the Upper East Side, the 24 seat intimate Japanese restaurant Donguri offers an extensive menuwith items from land and sea. Chef Yamasaki's Omokase (tasting menu) is a must try. The Brick -walled interior gives romantic setting and is adorned with the art work of renowned Japanese painter and illustrator, Shomei Yoh
