I strongly recommend going with InfoRetrieval.com. My experience has been great at every step of the way. My 1 TB Seagate external hard drive broke down last week, and after my initial phone call to them, I decided to send the drive in. They called me next day to tell my issue was fixed and data recovery was complete! It is nice to know I can count on you to get the job done fast.

I got a Mac a year ago and never had any problems. Then all of sudden it would not even boot up. I tried everything, then gave up and called InfoRetrieval.com to see if they knew how to do a Mac data recovery. They did, so I gave it to them. InfoRetrieval.com are remarkably capable and effective in their work. It was the worst day in my life when I realized that the hard disk with the data collected over the past 5 years crashed. These guys did not were able to retrieve 98% of my data, saving 5 years of my life! I'll keep you on my mind, if I need a data recovery service ever again.

A failed hard drive meant I had lost hundreds of family photos and sensitive business information, InfoRetrieval.com got me fully up and running again in a very short period of time. I dropped my external hard disk and it stopped working. After free initial diagnostic I was told that my data will be fully retrieved. The engineers were attentive and very helpful. They explained everything to me step-by-step so I could understand. Thank you so much InfoRetrieval.com!
