I had been out of town and came back to a water drip that developed into a huge problem. A plumber referred me to Gregory Restoration. They responded very well and came as soon as they could. I was very pleased.

The Gregory Restoration came and did the work was professional, knowledgeable and respectful of working in our home and phasing the work around my two young children's nap schedules. Again, couldn't have asked for better group of guys to come into my home and immediately take the stress of having water damage and mold completely away. You can't afford not to have Gregory Restoration help you with your water and mold issues. Hopefully this won't happen to us again, but they have a dedicated customer if any other water issues come up in the future.

For some time now we had suspicions there was mold under our linoleum in a bathroom. I called Gregory Restoration and made an appointment to get an estimate. They came out and explained the process and gave us an estimate. A few days later we had the work started. Once the work started Gregory Restoration realized the work was more extensive then originally quoted. They gave us a revised estimate and we proceeded. Once the removal was complete Gregory Restoration set up equipment to air out the room for a few days. All interaction we had with anyone from Gregory Restoration was professional and courteous. They were punctual and efficient. Even when there was a mix up with the bill they were willing to work with us to get us a fair price.

These guys are really on top of it. I haven't ever had this kind of A+ experience when calling places like these. Within 5 minutes of my inquiry, they were taking down my address and booked someone out to assess my wood soaked floors early the next morning I called the evening before. The guy coming into the house was on time they even called to let me know they was on them way and did a thorough and honest assessment of the damage. Very easy to understand and clear outlines of the work needed. We could not, in the end, go with them because our insurance had just called us and told us that they would take the claim and we'd have to use their people. At any rate, we'd certainly do business with this company again if we were the ones paying.

Gregory Restoration is a company that provides their clients with great customer service. I have referred this company on more than one occasion and will continue to do so. They take every step to explain and answer any questions that clients may have during the recovery/treatment process. Not only do they ensure customers with satisfaction and professionalism but they are knowledgeable and friendly. I strongly recommend putting Gregory Restoration number in as a contact if you should run into problems that deal with water damaged mold, flood. They do great work and they know what they are talking about.
