Good to know that there are still people who are willing to spend more time helping customers' needs. I was not expecting that the technician would be able to fix my ac that stopped working in just an hour of service. All the issues were addressed properly within an hour. I couldn't find fault while observing the unit working during the testing process. I have no doubt where I will be calling the next time.
